提出对液压支架部件在不同工况下分区计算修正的方法;阐述了如何利用大量的支架试验应力记录,从部件单区的试验应力和计算应力之间求得计算应力修正系数.这种方法通过数十个试验支架的验证,效果较好,计算出来的应力与试验应力的差值一般在计算应力值的±20%以内.该计算方法可用于液压支架的试验应力分析及液压支架的设计计算.
The method to calculate and correct the partition of hydraulic support components under different working conditions is put forward. How to calculate the stress correction coefficient from the test stress and the calculated stress in a single section of the component is explained by using a large number of test records of the support stress. This method by dozens of test stent validation, the effect is better, the calculated stress and test stress difference is generally within ± 20% of the calculated stress value. The calculation method can be used for the test stress analysis of hydraulic support and the design and calculation of hydraulic support.
