白龙江碧口水电厂地处甘肃文县境内,离文县县城86公里,东邻川北,东北与陕南接近。电厂装机容量为3×10万千瓦,共有四回出线,其中两回220千伏出线,一回至川北的广元地区,一回至陕南的洋县,另两回110千伏出线,一回至甘肃的武都,一回至“821”厂。现在除至武都的一回110千伏线路尚未建成外,其余三回线路均已建成投入运行。这样,通过碧口电厂的两回220千伏线路已把陕西电网和四川电网直接联接起来,使西南电网经碧口电厂与西北电网有了弱的联接。由于碧口电厂处于两大电网的联接点,其位置较为重要。因此,必须设置可靠、迅速的系统调度通信和厂内生产调度通信以及相应的生产管理通信。
Bailongjiang Bikou Hydropower Station is located in Wen County, Gansu Province, 86 kilometers away from Wenxian County, east of North Sichuan, Northeast and South of Shaanxi. Therefore, reliable and rapid system dispatch communication and in-plant dispatch communication and corresponding production management communication must be set up.
