草长莺飞四月天,翰墨丹青老潍县。作为潍县古城所在地,潍城区历史文化积淀深厚,自古文风昌盛,文脉永续,文事雅集,尤其是书画篆刻艺术源远流长,名家辈出,成就卓著。周亮工、陈介祺、郑板桥等艺术巨擘造诣精湛,在中国文化艺术史上留下了浓墨重彩;陈秉忱、郭味蕖、于希宁、徐培基、郭兰村、高小岩、陈寿荣、刘大为、郭怡孮等现当代名家蜚声海内外,铸就了“潍县画派”的辉煌。他们的艺术成就和文化风骨,为中国艺术画廊注入了浑厚开阔的气象,奠定了中国画都的基石。在他们的影响下,一批批潍县籍老、中、青书画篆刻家深得老潍县文化艺术精髓,诗书画印卓有建树,在海内外艺坛上享有盛誉。

Since ancient times, its style of writing has been prosperous, and its cultural continuity has been maintained.
