目的探究GA_3处理对重楼种子萌发过程相关生理生化指标的影响。方法检测了500mg·L~(-1)GA_3及清水(对照)处理的华重楼种子萌发过程淀粉、可溶性糖等含量的变化情况。结果与对照相比,不同时间段下GA_3处理种子的可溶性蛋白含量总体上无显著差异,都呈降低的趋势;游离脂肪酸含量整体上小于对照组,其含量达最高值的时间晚于且高于对照;淀粉含量在60~90天期间明显低于对照;可溶性糖含量总体上高于对照;α、β淀粉酶活力在15~45天高于对照。此外,GA_3处理种子的可溶性糖、糖粉含量及α、β淀粉酶活力在0~15天中都呈降低的趋势,其中α淀粉酶和β淀粉酶活力达最高值的时间分别比对照提前了15天和30天,且其含量高于对照。结论 500mg·L~(-1)外源GA_3处理促进了华重楼种子淀粉和脂肪的降解、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖的产生及α、β淀粉酶的合成。
Objective To explore the effect of GA_3 treatment on physiological and biochemical indexes related to seed germination of Reimagine. Methods The contents of starch and soluble sugar in seeds of Huatronic floor treated with 500mg · L -1 GA 3 and water (control) were tested. Results Compared with the control, the content of soluble protein in GA 3 treated seeds showed no significant difference at all time points, which showed a decreasing trend. The content of free fatty acids was less than that of the control group as a whole, Compared with the control, the starch content was significantly lower than that of the control during 60-90 days; the soluble sugar content was generally higher than that of the control; the activity of α, β-amylase was higher than that of the control at 15-45 days. In addition, the soluble sugar content, the content of icing sugar and the activity of α, β-amylase of GA 3 treatment decreased from 0 to 15 days, and the time of highest activity of α-amylase and β-amylase were higher than that of the control 15 days and 30 days, and its content is higher than the control. Conclusion 500 mg · L -1 exogenous GA 3 can promote the degradation of starch and fat, soluble protein, soluble sugar and the synthesis of α, β amylase in Huazhong Building.
