采用接收机的准峰值检波器模式和频谱仪的峰值检波器模式,分别进行静态和动态工况下350km·h-1等级中国标准动车组整车对外电磁骚扰的测试。结果表明:在静态工况下,9个频段的测试结果均未超出国家标准规定的限值;而在动态工况下,9~59,50~150和150~1150kHz及30~230 MHz频段的测试结果均超出国家标准规定的限值;通过进一步分析试验数据确定,动车组的牵引组合系统为主要的电磁骚扰源。因此,采取将牵引组合系统变流器电机侧和变压器侧的电缆改为屏蔽电缆及在箱体的对外进出线口处增设铝箔,以及裙板添加接地线和摘除1,2,7,8车的保护接地等抑制电磁骚扰的整改措施;试验结果表明:对实车整改后,动车组整车在9个频段上的对外电磁骚扰均未超出国家标准规定的限值,且部分频段有10~30dBμA·m-1(dBμV·m-1)的优化。
The receiver’s quasi-peak detector mode and spectrum analyzer’s peak detector mode were used to test the external electromagnetic disturbance of the whole Chinese standard EMU at 350km · h-1 under static and dynamic conditions respectively.
