本文报道了17例苯中毒患者的细胞遗传学检查结果。患者工作车间苯空气浓度是国家最高容许标准的3.28倍。细胞遗传学检查结果显示,苯中毒患者外周血淋巴细胞的染色单体畸变率、姊妹染色单体交换率、四倍体和双核淋巴细胞率明显高于对照组,经统计学处理,其差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。染色体畸变率和淋巴细胞微核率无明显变化。这些结果说明苯是一种致染色体断裂剂和有丝分裂毒剂。同时也说明染色体断片和微核变化是一致的,结果支持微核来源于染色体无着丝点断片的说法。
This article reports the results of cytogenetic tests in 17 patients with benzene poisoning. The benzene concentration in the patient workshop is 3.28 times the national maximum allowable standard.
