IL6是一种多功能的细胞因子。IL6的多种生物学功能均由IL6R 及其信号传导系统所介导。本文主要就IL6R 的分子结构、信号传导机制、IL 6 R的分布和IL6R 的表达调控特性等方面介绍了IL6R 的研究现状。
IL6 is a multifunctional cytokine. A variety of biological functions of IL6 are mediated by IL6R and its signaling system. In this paper, IL6R molecular structure, signal transduction mechanism, IL 6 R distribution and IL6R expression regulation characteristics introduced IL6R research status.
