一、引言随着频标源的广泛应用,对于频标的频率稳定度特性要求也越来越高,目前虽有高灵敏度的测量装置,但不能精确地获得测量装置的上限灵敏度。现推荐以下四种对测量装置的检定方法:自相关法、传递法、互相关法和互比法。在此,以多周期测量系统为例对时域测量装置检定方法进行分析。多周期测量系统如图1所示,它由倍增单元、取样单元和计数器等组成。
I. INTRODUCTION With the wide application of frequency source, the requirements for the frequency stability of frequency standard are also getting higher and higher. At present, although the high-sensitivity measuring device is available, the upper-limit sensitivity of the measuring device can not be obtained accurately. Now recommend the following four kinds of test methods for measuring devices: auto-correlation method, transfer method, cross-correlation method and mutual method. Here, the multi-period measurement system is taken as an example to analyze the time-domain measurement device verification method. Multi-cycle measurement system shown in Figure 1, which consists of multiplication unit, sampling unit and counter and so on.
