溴苄胺(Bretylium tosylate)属于肾上腺能阻滞剂,具有独特的抗心律失常作用。Bacaner等证明该药可提高实验动物狗的室颤阈;同时在临床上也能有效的控制室性心动过速及心室颤动。
Bretylium tosylate belongs to the adrenergic blocker and has a unique anti-arrhythmic effect. Bacaner et al proved that the drug can improve the experimental animal dog ventricular fibrillation threshold; the same time in clinical can effectively control ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation.
