本刊编委、著名诗人牟心海先生因病医治无效,于2013年9月30日上午11时28分在沈阳逝世,享年74岁。牟心海先生,1939年出生于辽宁省盖州市农村,满族。1964年毕业于辽宁大学中文系。大学毕业后,在辽宁营口县五七干校、辽宁省委党校任职,此后任凤城县委副书记、丹东市委副书记、辽宁省文联党组书记、主席等职。牟心海先生是辽宁省文学艺术界卓有成就的领导者,也是一位著名诗人、散文家、摄影家、书法家、画家,他的许多作品获得过全国少数民族文学奖、东北文学奖、辽宁文学奖、全国新诗集一等奖,摄影作品参加亚太地区摄影展,还曾获朝鲜民主主义人民
Our editorial board and famous poet Mr. Mou Xinhai died at Shenyang at 11:28 am on September 30, 2013, at the age of 74, because of invalid medical treatment. Mr. Mou Xinhai, born in 1939 in the countryside of Gaizhou in Liaoning Province, Manchu. In 1964 graduated from the Chinese Department of Liaoning University. After graduating from college, Yingkou County in Liaoning fifty-seven cadres, Liaoning Provincial Party School office, then appointed deputy secretary of Fengcheng County, deputy secretary of Dandong City, Liaoning Province Federation of Literary Party group secretary, chairman and other staff. Mr. Mu Xinhai is an outstanding leader of the literary and art circles in Liaoning Province. He is also a famous poet, essayist, photographer, calligrapher and painter. Many of his works have won the National Minority Prize for Literature, the Northeast Literature Prize, Liaoning Literature Award, the first prize of the national new poetry collection, photographic works in Asia Pacific Photo Exhibition, also won the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea
