目的:探讨检测脑脊液蛋白与酶学指标在新生儿化脓性脑膜炎诊断中的应用价值。方法:收集医院2013年6月~2015年6月间70例新生儿化脓性脑膜炎患儿作为研究组,并选取同期出生的70例非新生儿化脓性脑膜炎患儿作为对照组,对两组新生儿脑脊液蛋白与酶学指标进行检测,并分析其对诊断新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的价值。结果:研究组患儿AST、CRP、LDH、β2MG均显著高于对照组;革兰阴性菌感染组患儿AST、CRP、LDH、2MG均显著低于革兰阳性菌感染组;重度患儿AST、CRP、LDH、β2MG均高于中度、轻度患儿,而中度患儿AST、CRP、LDH、β2MG均高于轻度,三组间数据比较差异有统计学意义。结论:临床中新生儿化脓性脑膜炎检测脑脊液蛋白与酶学指标对病情判断具有一定的作用,尤其新生儿化脓性脑膜炎感染病原菌的鉴别应用价值高。
Objective: To explore the value of detection of cerebrospinal fluid protein and enzymology in the diagnosis of neonatal purulent meningitis. Methods: A total of 70 neonates with purulent meningitis in the hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the study group, and 70 non-neonatal purulent meningitis patients born in the same period were selected as the control group. Group of neonatal cerebrospinal fluid protein and enzymatic indicators were detected and analyzed for the diagnosis of neonatal purulent meningitis value. Results: The levels of AST, CRP, LDH and β2MG in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The levels of AST, CRP, LDH and 2MG in the Gram-negative bacteria group were significantly lower than those in the Gram- , CRP, LDH and β2MG were higher than those in moderate and mild children, while moderate, moderate and severe children had higher levels of AST, CRP, LDH and β2MG, respectively. There was significant difference between the three groups in data. Conclusion: The detection of cerebrospinal fluid protein and enzymological indexes in neonatal purulent meningitis in clinic plays a certain role in judging the condition, especially for the identification of pathogenic bacteria in neonatal purulent meningitis.
