人际冲突是人与人之间由于各自观念、目标和利益的不一致而产生的对立过程。它是任何组织都要面对的一个普遍存在的问题,也是人力资源管理工作经常遇到的一个最为棘手的难题。对企业来说,人际冲突因程度和原因不同有两方面效应。一方面,过激的人际冲突会造成员工问关系紧张,士气低落,工作效率低下。最终有可能使企业陷于生产经营的困境。另一方面,若人际冲突作为个人或企业竞争的动力,那么其消极影响就可能降到最小,并有助于工作绩效的提高。因而,人际冲突是作为积极因素还是消极因素,关键取决于企业如何对人际冲突进行有效的管理。
Interpersonal conflict is the process of opposition between people due to the inconsistency between their own concepts, goals and interests. It is a ubiquitous problem that any organization faces and one of the most difficult problems often encountered in human resources management. For enterprises, interpersonal conflicts due to different degrees and reasons have two effects. On the one hand, over-exacerbated interpersonal conflicts can cause employees to ask questions about tension, morale and inefficiency. Eventually may make the enterprise caught in the plight of production and operation. On the other hand, if interpersonal conflict as the driving force of individual or business competition, its negative impact may be minimized and contribute to the improvement of work performance. Therefore, the interpersonal conflict as a positive factor or a negative factor, depends on how the enterprise effective management of interpersonal conflicts.
