目的探讨DDP（顺铂）＋IL－2（白细胞介素-2）治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法对已证实的32例恶性胸腔积液患者采用DDP＋IL－2联合胸腔内用药，每周1次，共2～5次。结果总有效率为87．5％，其中CR62．5％（20／32），PR25％（8／32）；胸水中癌细胞消失者28例。结论DDP＋IL-2联合胸腔内用药对恶性胸腔积液疗效高，副作用小，值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of DDP (cisplatin) and IL-2 (interleukin-2) in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods Thirty-two patients with malignant pleural effusions were treated with DDP+IL-2 combined with intrathoracic intramuscular administration once a week for 2 to 5 times. Results The total effective rate was 87.5%, of which CR62.5% (20/32), PR25% (8/32); 28 cases of disappearance of cancer cells in pleural effusion. Conclusion DDP+IL-2 combined with intrathoracic administration has a high curative effect on malignant pleural effusions with little side effects and is worthy of promotion.
