随着社会的发展,人们的生活生产水平的到了极大的改观,从而促进了旅游行业的高速发展。截至目前,旅游行业早已成为了一个具有综合性的新兴产业。在现代的旅游业中,随着社会经济的发展,人们的旅游消费水平得到了大幅度的提升,从而使旅游行业逐渐形成了一个产业群,在提高旅游业经济效益的同时也促进了社会经济的快速稳步发展。然而就目前旅游行业管理的实际情况而言,由于没有一套科学合理的管理体制,所以使得旅游行业管理混乱,从而从一定程度上制约了旅游行业的发展。本文通过对旅游行业的深入研究,然后对旅游管理的“被动性缺位”及其对策进行研究,并提出了具体的应对措施,以供同行参考。

Up to now, the tourism industry has long been a new industry with comprehensive characteristics. In the modern tourism, with the development of society and economy, people’s tourism consumption level has been greatly improved, so that the tourism industry has gradually formed an industrial group, while improving the economic benefits of tourism but also promoted the social economy The rapid and steady development. However, as far as the current situation of tourism industry management is concerned, the lack of a scientific and reasonable management system has led to the chaotic management of tourism industry, which has restricted the development of tourism industry to a certain extent. In this paper, through in-depth study of the tourism industry, and then on the tourism management “passive vacancy ” and its countermeasures to study and put forward specific countermeasures for peer reference.
