1992年春季,一纸调令将河南省新安县工商局青年干部孟凡凯同志从县城调到了磁涧镇,就任磁涧工商所所长。 四年过去了,孟凡凯引导磁涧的私营经济创造了辉煌的业绩。如今,在磁涧镇108平方公里的土地上,星罗棋布地分布着由国家权威机构新近评估的“中国50O家最大私营企业龙虎榜”第262位河南省洛阳市闻州建安有限公司为首的83家私营企业。这些企业开辟了矿山设备、卫生陶瓷、交通工具、力车配件等几十种生产项目,安置了150O多名农村富裕劳动力,每年向国家交纳税金160多万元。
