目的探讨小儿感染轮状病毒后所致腹泻后心肌酶谱水平变化意义及临床应用价值。方法将120例腹泻患儿分为轮状病毒感染60例为观察组、非轮状病毒感染导致的60例患儿为对照组,观察两组患儿治疗前后心肌酶谱水平变化。结果两组患儿肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)及天门冬氨酸转移酶(GOT)水平比较,观察组各项观察指标明显高于对照组(t=5.24、6.32、6.32、5.16、6.15,P<0.05),具有显著性差异。结论小儿轮状病毒腹泻可使心肌酶谱水平升高、使心肌受损。
Objective To investigate the significance of changes of myocardial zymogram after diarrhea caused by rotavirus infection in children and its clinical value. Methods 120 cases of diarrhea were divided into rotavirus infection in 60 cases of observation group, non-rotavirus infection caused by 60 cases of children as control group, the changes of myocardial enzymes in both groups before and after treatment were observed. Results CK, CK-MB, LDH, α-HBDH and aspartate Transfected enzyme (GOT) levels in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (t = 5.24,6.32,6.32,5.16,6.15, P <0.05), with significant differences. Conclusion Pediatric rotavirus diarrhea can increase the level of myocardial enzymes, myocardial damage.
