The United States made ordinary electric furnace and vacuum furnace Hayes company, recently announced a new technology - vacuum carburizing. The company claims that vacuum carburizing is a unique process for metal surface hardening. This approach is hailed as a real breakthrough in the heat treatment process because it significantly reduces operating time and is simple to operate with just two dials to precisely predetermine the required depth of carburization. Since it can save nearly half the carburizing reaction time, it reduces the cost of surface hardening and eliminates environmental pollution.
