In October 2001, a food poisoning occurred in a hospital in Jining City, 48 people were poisoned, of which 1 died. After investigation and evidence collection, the responsible person who caused the poisoning accident --- a roast chicken processing household and a hospital, respectively, granted an administrative punishment of 40,000 yuan.
