选取文献报道具有抑菌作用的58种中草药的乙醇提取液,以酵母菌、黄曲霉、黑曲霉为被试菌,利用比浊法进行体外抑菌实验。通过分析文献报道的中药组分与抑菌效果的相关性,初步探究了抑菌作用产生的物质基础。研究结果显示,高良姜、肉桂、芦荟、丁香、荷叶、石菖蒲和蛇床子对3种被试菌都有较好的抑制作用。相关分析提示药材中的黄酮类、皂苷类、有机酸类物质可能是对3种被试菌产生抑菌效果的主要原因。研究对于寻找到高效的天然真菌抑制剂,以及抑菌作用机制的探讨提供了参考。
Fifty-eight kinds of Chinese herbal medicine ethanol extracts with antibacterial activity were selected in the literature. Yeast, Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus niger were used as tested bacteria, and antimicrobial activity was tested by turbidimetric method in vitro. By analyzing the correlation between the traditional Chinese medicine components and the antibacterial effect reported in the literature, the material basis of the antibacterial effect was initially explored. The results showed that galangal, cinnamon, aloe, clove, lotus leaf, Acorus calamus and Cnidium had good inhibitory effect on the three tested fungi. Correlation analysis indicated that the flavonoids, saponins and organic acids in the medicinal materials may be the main cause of the antibacterial effect on the three tested bacteria. The research provides a reference for finding efficient natural fungal inhibitors and exploring the bacteriostasis mechanism.
