目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染与鼻内翻性乳头状瘤(NIP)的相关性及Ki-67、p21、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的表达,分析其在NIP发生中的所起作用。方法收集2010年1月-2015年8月手术并病理确诊80例NIP患者病变标本为NIP组,同期鼻息肉行手术切除80例患者鼻息肉标本为对照(鼻息肉组),以聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测HPV感染状况,采用免疫组织化学法检测标本组织中Ki-67、p21、COX-2的表达。结果 NIP组46例检出HPV,感染率为57.50%,鼻息肉组21例检出HPV,感染率为26.25%;NIP组Ki-67、p21、COX-2阳性率均高于鼻息肉组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HPV感染与NIP关系密切,随着NIP恶性程度及分期增高感染率明显增高,Ki-67、p21、COX-2的异常表达可能参与了NIP发病过程。
Objective To investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and nasal inverted papilloma (NIP) and the expression of Ki-67, p21 and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) What happened? Methods Eighty patients with NIP were enrolled from January 2010 to August 2015. The specimens of NIP were collected from the NIP group. Nasal polyps specimens from 80 patients with nasal polyps underwent surgical resection as control (nasal polyps) during the same period. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to detect HPV infection. The expression of Ki-67, p21 and COX-2 in the samples were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results HPV was detected in 46 cases of NIP group and the infection rate was 57.50%. HPV was detected in 21 cases of nasal polyps and the infection rate was 26.25%. The positive rates of Ki-67, p21 and COX-2 in NIP group were higher than those in nasal polyps group, The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion HPV infection is closely related to NIP. With the increase of malignant degree and staging of NIP, the infection rate of HPV infection is significantly higher. The abnormal expression of Ki-67, p21 and COX-2 may be involved in the pathogenesis of NIP.
