央关于科技体制改革的决定颁布以来,西宁市的科技体制改革力度不断加大,科技事业蓬勃发展。 1990年,中共西宁市委、市人民政府决定实施“科教兴市”战略,科技成果的转化和新技术的推广应用促进了全市经济的发展,科技进步对经济增长的贡献率已达到40％以上。目前,西宁拥有科学研究机构67个,各类专业技术人才6.8万人,高等院校9所。十几年来,我市共取得科技成果488项,在农作物品种选育、数控机床、彩色感光材料用胶、野生珍稀动物人工繁殖等领域的研究取得重大成果。
Since the central government's decision on the reform of science and technology system was promulgated, the reform of science and technology system in Xining has been continuously intensified and the science and technology undertakings have been booming. In 1990, CPC Xining Municipal Party Committee and Municipal People's Government decided to implement the strategy of “rejuvenating the city through science and education”. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the popularization and application of new technologies promoted the economic development of the whole municipality. The contribution rate of scientific and technological progress to economic growth had reached over 40%. Currently, Xining has 67 scientific research institutions, 68,000 professional technicians and 9 higher education institutions. Over the past decade or so, our city has made a total of 488 scientific and technological achievements, and made great achievements in fields such as breeding of crop varieties, numerical control machine tools, glue for color-sensitive materials, artificial breeding of wild and rare animals.
