[目的]探讨辽宁省各级医疗机构癌症化疗的现状和规范治疗的执行情况,为卫生行政部门制订行业和行政规范,发布相应的政策法规等提供参考。[方法]采用《肿瘤化疗病历抽样调查表》,对在辽宁省范围内随机抽取的35所医院的1782份癌症化疗患者病历进行调查和评估。[结果]不同级别的医院在癌症化疗中的化疗前计划、化疗后检查、化疗医嘱和病程记录等方面均存在一定差异。[结论]需要进一步加强质量监控及规范化培训,以提高恶性肿瘤化疗的规范诊治率,加大对薄弱环节的工作力度。
[Objective] To explore the status quo of cancer chemotherapy in all levels of medical institutions in Liaoning Province and the implementation of standardized treatment, provide reference for the health administrative departments in formulating the industry and administrative norms and promulgating corresponding policies and regulations. [Methods] The medical records of 1782 cancer patients in 35 hospitals randomly selected in Liaoning province were investigated and evaluated by using “a sample survey of medical records of cancer chemotherapy”. [Results] Different levels of hospitals have some differences in pre-chemotherapy plans, post-chemotherapy tests, chemotherapy orders and course records in cancer chemotherapy. [Conclusion] There is a need to further strengthen the quality control and standardization training in order to improve the standard diagnosis and treatment rate of malignant tumor chemotherapy and intensify the work on the weak link.
