根据国内菇房条件,研究蘑菇在自然气温和加温条件相结合的方式下进行周年性栽培。结果表明:U3和5414蘑菇菌株分别适宜秋茬和冬茬栽培,单产高、菇质好;堆制培养料需要采取预湿、预堆、料内开洞通气的高温快速发酵技术;冬季栽培蘑菇宜采用发酵土和细泥砻糠两种覆土材料,菌丝爬土快,单产高。
According to the condition of mushroom house in China, mushrooms are cultivated on an annual basis under a combination of natural temperature and heating conditions. The results showed that: U3 and 5414 mushroom strains were suitable for autumn and winter crop cultivation respectively, with high yield and good mushroom quality.
