一、加强卫生科技工作管理的主要做法 1.加强卫生科技工作的组织管理。我局自1984年以来,将卫生科技工作纳入了重要议事日程,由局长分管,职能股室负责日常工作。每年初有布置、年终有检查总结,年中还要召开1～2次专题会议。每年要安排科研经费,以保证各项活动的开展。 2.制订总体和分类的科技工作规划。13年中,先后分别制订了“七五”、“八五”、“九五”期间的《麻城市卫生工作科技规划》、《麻城市中医药工作科技规划》等。

Since 1984, the Bureau has put health science and technology work on the agenda. It is under the charge of the Director General and the functional stock office is responsible for daily work. Every year there are layouts, inspections at the end of the year, and one to two special meetings are held in the middle of the year. Every year, we must arrange scientific research funds to ensure the development of various activities. 2. Formulate overall and classified science and technology work plans. In the 13 years, the “Science and Technology Plan for Macheng City Health Work” and the “Macheng City Science and Technology Work Plan for Traditional Chinese Medicine” were successively formulated during the “7th Five-Year Plan”, “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, and “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period.
