例1:男患儿,9个月,因患皮肤病肌注维生素B_(12)0.1mg(浙江温州制药厂批号810926)。10分钟后,患儿哭闹异常,烦躁不安;头皮、颈、胸皮肤潮红,出现大小不等的红色风团;上下眼睑水肿,四肢末端发凉。继而咳嗽,呼吸急促,呕吐一次。查体:体温36.9℃,脉搏120次/分,心律齐。治疗:用10％葡萄糖酸钙5ml,地塞米松2.5mg,维生素C0.5g静脉缓慢推注。注射2/3时,患儿解小便一次,浮肿风团逐渐消失,皮色趋于正常。
