在生产加工中工具磨损是一个普遍性的问题,这个问题也是当前实现生产加工自动化所必须解决的问题之一。在解决这一问题上,日本工业技术院机械技术研究所发明了迅速交换刀刃的装置。这种迅速交换刀刃装置,从机能上看可分成二部分。第一部分是检测工具状态形成判断信号,如有异常可以发出刀刃交换的指令,把这部分称为“头脑”部分。第二部分是接收指令实施交换刀刃的机械装置。
Tool wear in production and processing is a common problem, which is also one of the problems that must be solved in the current automation of production and processing.
