公司简介山西汾西重工有限责任公司(简称汾西重工)隶属于中国船舶重工集团公司,是“一五”期间国家156项重点建设项目之一。经过五十多年的努力拼搏,汾西重工通过兼并、重组、强强联合等多种方式已发展成为集团型企业,现拥有三家控股子公司。2002年兼并了太原起重电阻器厂。迈开了资本运营的第一步;2003年,公司与无锡市政府合作,投资控股兴建了现代化的专业发电机生产企业,之后,公司利用中船重工集团优势,由汾西重工投资控股、无锡市电仪资产经营有限公司、中船重工科技投资发展有限公司、中国船舶重工集团公司第七一一、第七一二、第七○四研究所投资入股,于2006年1月组建了国有股份制电机专业公司——中船电机科技股份有限公司,主要产品有船陆用无刷同步发电机、兆瓦级风力发电机、防爆电动机:2007年2月,公司本着“以军为本.以民兴企”的发展
