国有企业的素质关系到国有经济的主导地位问题。改革开放以来,我国国有企业的改革虽然在规模与布局等方面取得了显著的成就,但是,仍然存在着一系列的问题影响着国有企业的进一步发展。2013年十八届三中全会通过《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,国企改革相继落地。混合制是市场经济相结合的形式和途径,是在各所有制追求优势互补的动机支配下形成的,是我国国有企业改革的重要途径。
The quality of state-owned enterprises is related to the dominance of state-owned economy. Since the reform and opening up, the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country has made remarkable achievements in scale and layout. However, there are still a series of problems that will affect the further development of state-owned enterprises. In 2013, the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee passed the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of the Reform, and the reform of state-owned enterprises successively landed. Mixed system is a combination of market economy in the form and approach, which is formed under the motive of pursuing complementary advantages of all ownership systems. It is an important way for the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country.
