前言不少波及眼球后部(玻璃体或视网膜)的穿孔性或撕裂性外伤,往往因顽固的玻璃体出血或纤维血管组织增生入玻璃体内,形成纤维素条,不但可引起不能为常用的巩膜扣带术修复的牵引性视网膜脱离,甚至可丧失眼球。但通过睫状体平部进行玻璃体切除,可在改善视力方面获得良效。这种手术对非外伤性视网膜脱离、玻璃体混浊及糖尿病性玻璃体出血等引起的视力障碍,也可得一定疗效。
