在就业岗位与大学生毕业人数不成比例的情形下,毕业生的就业压力越来越大,企业单位对应聘大学生综合素质要求也越来越高,“大学生就业难”的问题凸现出来。面对激烈的竞争,巨大的就业压力,一些大学生心理承受能力明显超载,出现各种心理问题和心理障碍。本文通过对西安5所重点民办院校中的4个专业专科学生的就业认知、择业心理进行调查研究,并提出新形势下解决毕业生就业心理的对策和建议。
Under the disproportion between the number of jobs and the number of college graduates, the employment pressure of graduates is getting larger and larger, and the requirements of the enterprises and institutions for the comprehensive qualifications of the employed students are also getting higher and higher. The problem of “difficult employment of college graduates” is highlighted. The face of fierce competition, huge employment pressure, some college students mental capacity was significantly overloaded, there are a variety of psychological problems and psychological disorders. Through the investigation and study on the employment cognition and employment psychology of 4 specialized undergraduates in 5 key civilian-run colleges in Xi’an, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve the employment mentality of graduates in the new situation.
