出版企业是众多利益相关者的集合体,是一个典型的利益相关者组织。治理是“对于管理的管理”。出版企业治理是指通过制度和机制的设计,规定出版活动运行的网络框架,使出版企业的管理活动在这个网络框架内发挥作用。要本着分类共同治理、内外共同治理、动态共同治理和效益兼顾的原则,构建出版企业各利益相关者之间的信息反馈与沟通机制、激励机制、利益分享机制和冲突协调机制,最终实现出版企业利益相关者共赢的目标。
