本报讯据国家农业综合开发办公室透露,截至目前,中央财政已安排农业综合开发资金235.65亿元用于高标准农田项目,可建设高标准农田2777.45万亩,亩均新增粮食生产能力100公斤以上。据介绍,高标准农田建设项目亩均财政投入上限标准由1300元提高到1500元。同时,与国家开发银行、农业发展银行、农业银行3家金融机构联合开展试点,探索对国有农场、龙头企业、农民合作社、专业大户等新型经营主体实施的高标准农田建设项目,采取贴息和补助两种支持方式,撬动金融资本投入高标准
