以普遍推行农业生产责任制为中心的农村生产关系调整和变革,给我国带来了经济改革的春天。改革推动着农村经济迅速发展。怎样深化农村经济改革,进一步促进农村商品生产更大规模发展?我们认为:农村经济改革的深化应该紧紧抓住流通这个中心环节来展开。下面就该问题作一些理论上的探讨。
The readjustment and transformation of rural production relations centered on the universal implementation of the responsibility system for agricultural production have brought to our country the spring of economic reform. Reform promotes the rapid development of rural economy. How to deepen rural economic reform and further promote more large-scale development of rural commodity production? In our opinion, the deepening of rural economic reform should firmly grasp the central issue of circulation. Here’s some theoretical discussion on this issue.
