中速磨煤机是煤制油制粉系统中最重要的大型设备,它的运行安全性,经济性,对煤制油的的正常运行极其重要。本文主要对常见的中速磨煤机的运行特性及工作原理进行介绍,并针对在运行过程中的常见故障进行分析探讨,找出合理的应对措施,使得中速磨煤机能够在很短的时间内找到问题点并解决问题,为以后中速磨煤机的正常运行提供理论支持,降低由于设备故障造成的停机的费用。
Medium speed coal mill is the most important large equipment in coal oil pulverizing system. Its operation safety and economy are extremely important to the normal operation of coal liquefaction. In this paper, the operating characteristics and working principle of common medium-speed pulverizers are mainly introduced, and the common faults during operation are analyzed and discussed to find out the reasonable measures to make medium-speed pulverizers in a very short Time to find the problem and solve the problem for the normal operation of the medium-speed mill to provide theoretical support to reduce the cost of downtime due to equipment failure.
