目的:研究血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在儿童恶性胶质瘤的表达及其与血管生成,细胞增殖的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测33例儿童恶性胶质瘤组织中VEGF表达与微血管数(MVQ)、PCNA标记指数(PCNALI)。结果:33例儿童恶性胶质瘤VEGF表达阳性23例(69.7%);VEGF表达阳性肿瘤MVQ、PCNALI显著高于VEGF表达阴性肿瘤(P<0.005);肿瘤组织VEGF表达与MVQ、PCNALI显著相关(相关系数r分别为0.52和0.37,P<0.001)。结论:儿童恶性胶质瘤细胞可以合成VEGF,VEGF在肿瘤血管生成及细胞增殖中起重要作用。
Objective: To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in glioblastoma in children and its relationship with angiogenesis and cell proliferation. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF, microvessel count (MVQ) and PCNA labeling index (PCNALI) in 33 cases of malignant glioma. Results: The expression of VEGF was positive in 23 cases (69.7%) of malignant gliomas in 33 children; the MVQ and PCNALI of VEGF expression positive tumors were significantly higher than those of VEGF expression negative tumors (P<0.005); the expression of VEGF and MVQ in tumor tissues. PCNALI was significantly associated (correlation coefficients r were 0.52 and 0.37, respectively, P<0.001). Conclusion: The glioma cells in children can synthesize VEGF and VEGF plays an important role in tumor angiogenesis and cell proliferation.
