庆祝新疆地质学会成立四十周年暨学术讨论会于2003年11月18日在乌鲁木齐昆仑宾馆大礼堂举行.出席会议的有自治区人民政府、中国地质学会、自治区科协、自治区国土资源厅和自治区地矿局及历届理事长、各单位代表,共200余人.上午会议由自治区国土资源厅厅长哈尼巴提·沙布开主持,自治区人民政府副秘书长俞贞贵宣读了自治区党委常委、自治区人民政府副主席
The 40th anniversary of the founding of the Geological Society of Xinjiang and the Symposium were held in the auditorium of the Kunlun Hotel in Urumqi on November 18, 2003. Attending the meeting were the People’s Government of Autonomous Region, the Geological Society of China, the Association for Autonomous Regional Association of Science and Technology, the Department of Land Resources of Autonomous Region Mining Bureau and the past directors, representatives of various units, a total of more than 200.
