我厂500吨液压机安装,由于其中两根力柱(M310×6,L=6050毫米)紧固困难,而未投产。随机资料仅建议采用蒸汽或电阻加热方法安装,但没有详细介绍。我厂根据实际情况,确定采用电阻加热。采用高压电阻加热,还是低压大电流电阻加热呢?我们采用后一种方法,其主要优点是绝缘简单方便。在正式加热工件(力柱)之前,我们进行了模拟试验,试件与立柱的尺寸比为10:1。
