在英国国家物理实验室机械与光学计量部所从事的标准镜头光学传递函数的测量,是靠计算由台曼—格林干涉仪所测得的光瞳函数的自相关来实现的。在实践中,多种多样的干涉图可用以提供充分的信息来求得波像差的多项式表达式。但是以前所采用的条纹搜寻与条纹定级程序无法处理具有闭合环状条纹的干涉图。本文将讨论这些困难之所在并介绍新的处理方法,特别是如何对这种干涉图进行条纹搜寻与定级问题。这些方法的有效性将由几个分析过的带有闭合环状条纹的干涉图的例子来加以证明。
The measurement of the optical transmission function of a standard lens carried out by the Department of Mechanical and Optical Metrology of the National Physics Laboratory of the United Kingdom is achieved by calculating the autocorrelation of the pupil function measured by the Taiman-Green interferometer. In practice, a wide variety of interferograms can be used to provide sufficient information to obtain wave-like polynomial expressions. However, previously used fringe search and streak grading programs were unable to process interferograms with closed loop stripes. This article will discuss where these difficulties lie and introduce new approaches to deal with, in particular, the issue of streaks search and grading of such interferograms. The effectiveness of these methods will be demonstrated by the examples of several analyzed interferograms with closed loop stripes.
