For a long time, due to the implementation of medical service charges that are lower than the cost policy and inadequate financial compensation, medical institutions have relied excessively on sophisticated instruments to check and sell drugs to increase their business income. In poor rural areas, because of the lack of sophisticated equipment, medical institutions at different levels can only increase their income by selling more medicines to obtain wholesale and retail price differences, leading to an increase in medical expenses.
