温政发〔2014〕29号瑞安市、文成县、泰顺县人民政府,市各有关单位:为认真贯彻落实省委省政府关于“五水共治”的总体部署,推进我市美丽浙南水乡建设,完善珊溪水源保护长效管理机制,促进库区群众增收致富和社会和谐发展,现就进一步做好珊溪水源保护与转产转业帮扶工作提出如下意见。
