《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》第十二项45条提出:“加快健全社会保障管理体制和经办服务体系。”加快健全社会保险经办服务体系离不开信息化建设,社会保险数据是人社部门数据的核心组成部分,推进省级集中,是规范经办管理、提升经办能力的重大机遇。针对如何利用“省集中”推动社保经办快速发展问题,江西省人社厅信息中心主任程乐华、人社部社保中心信息处处长胡劲松给出了自己的答案。
