目的应用Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪测量中央角膜厚度(CCT),了解正常人年龄、性别、眼别与CCT之间的关系。设计横断面研究。研究对象120例正常人。方法在同仁医院近视眼中心随机选取11例近视患者,分别应用DGH4000型超声角膜测厚仪及Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪测量CCT,验证两者测量结果的一致性。连续选择不同年龄的社区体检人群120例(240眼),应用Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪测量CCT。主要指标中央角膜厚度。结果Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪与DGH4000型超声角膜测厚仪测量的CCT分别为(538.05±33.07)μm、(536.91±29.19)μm(P=0.904);两者的相关系数r=0.983(P<0.001)。正常人平均CCT为(539.20±±29.67)μm,95%可信区间为481.05~597.37μm。其中,左、右眼CCT分别为(538.54±29.05)μm、(539.86±30.38)μm(P=0.732)。男、女性的CCT分别为(542.41±27.56)μm、(536.29±31.28)μm(P=0.111)。从10岁~70岁以上各年龄段之间CCT无显著性差异(P=0.482)。结论Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪测量的CCT与超声角膜测厚仪所测结果基本一致,可作为临床上测量CCT的检测工具之一。年龄、性别、眼别对CCT无显著性影响。
Objective To measure the central corneal thickness (CCT) with Pentacam three-dimensional anterior segment analyzer to understand the relationship between age, gender, eye size and CCT. Design cross-section study. Study of 120 cases of normal subjects. Methods Eleven patients with myopia were randomly selected from myopia center of Tongren Hospital. The CCT was measured by DGH4000 echocardiography and Pentacam three-dimensional anterior segment analyzer, respectively. The consistency of the results was verified. A total of 120 community check-ups (240 eyes) of different age groups were continuously selected, and CCT was measured by Pentacam 3D anterior segment analyzer. Results The CCT measured by Pentacam three-dimensional anterior segment analyzer and DGH4000 echocardiography were 538.05 ± 33.07 μm and 536.91 ± 29.19 μm, respectively (P = 0.904). The correlation coefficient r was 0.983 (P < 0.001). The average CCT of normal people was (539.20 ± 29.67) μm, 95% confidence interval was 481.05 ~ 597.37μm. The left and right CCT were 538.54 ± 29.05 μm and 539.86 ± 30.38 μm, respectively (P = 0.732). The CCT of males and females were (542.41 ± 27.56) μm and (536.29 ± 31.28) μm, respectively (P = 0.111). There was no significant difference in CCT between 10 and 70 years of age (P = 0.482). Conclusions The CCT measured by Pentacam 3D anterior segment analyzer is consistent with the results measured by echocardiography and can be used as one of the detection tools for clinical measurement of CCT. Age, sex, eyes do not have significant effect on CCT.
