目的:探讨加味生化汤在减少药物流产后出血量多,出血时间延长方面的疗效。方法:选取门诊自愿接受药物流产的120例早孕妇女,临床随机分为两组:实验组60例,药物流产后服用加味生化汤;对照组60例,药物流产后肌注催产素。然后观察两组在减少药物流产后出血量多少,出血时间长短方面各自的疗效。结果:实验组药物流产后服用加味生化汤,阴道出血量少于或等于月经量的占95%,出血天数均在30天内,15天干净者占98.33%,其疗效优于催产素。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Modified Shenghua Decoction on reducing the amount of bleeding and prolonging the bleeding time after medical abortion. Methods: A total of 120 pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups: 60 in the experimental group, Modified Biochemical Decoction after abortion, 60 in the control group and intramuscular oxytocin after medical abortion. Then observe the two groups in reducing the number of bleeding after medical abortion, the length of bleeding time, their respective effects. Results: The experimental group took modified biochemical soup after abortion, vaginal bleeding less than or equal to 95% of menstrual flow, bleeding days are within 30 days, 15 days clean accounted for 98.33%, its efficacy is better than oxytocin.
