在伟大领袖毛主席亲自发动和领导的反击右倾翻案风的斗争取得伟大胜利的大好形势下,中国科学院于1976年3月25日至4月10日在大连召开了化学科研工作会议。这次会议以阶级斗争为纲,认真学习了毛主席的重要指示,集中火力批邓,有力地反击了科技界的右倾翻案风;同时认真学习和交流了文化大革命以来各单位取得的新鲜经验,着重学习了大连化学物理研究所的先进经验;在此基础上讨论和议定了1976年化学科研重点计划。
The Chinese Academy of Sciences held a conference on chemical research in Dalian from March 25 to April 10, 1976, in the excellent situation in which the great leader Chairman Mao personally initiated and led the counterattack in fighting the right and overturning the wind for a record. The meeting took class struggle as the key link, conscientiously studied Chairman Mao’s important instructions, concentrated firepower on criticism of Deng Xiaoping, and vigorously countered the right-wing overturn in the scientific and technological circles. He also seriously studied and exchanged fresh experience gained by various units since the Cultural Revolution, Emphasis was placed on the advanced experience of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics; on this basis, the major program of chemical research in 1976 was discussed and agreed upon.
