浸泡标本是采用新鲜果实或整个生长结果枝、蔓及植株的某一部位,经化学药剂处理浸泡成的植物标本之一。它的特点是能保持标本固有的形状、色泽。便于观察、研究果实、枝、蔓或某一部位的特征、形态等。因此它是认识和研究植物的手段之一,对于科研、生产、展览等都有适用价值。我们于1975年开始进行水果、枝、蔓标本的浸泡工作。现将这方面的进行情况及体会综合正理于下,仅供各有关单位参改。
Soaked specimens are fresh fruit or the entire growth of branches, vine and plant a part of the chemical agents soaked into one of the plant specimens. It is characterized by the inherent shape and color of the specimen. Easy to observe, study the characteristics of fruit, branches, vine or a part, shape and so on. Therefore, it is one of the means of understanding and researching plants, and has value for scientific research, production and exhibition. We started in 1975 soaking fruit, branches, vine samples. The progress and experience in this respect are now fully justified and will be made available to all relevant organizations for reference only.
