目的探讨手术结合微波治疗鼻腔血管瘤的临床效果。方法对17例鼻腔血管瘤患者手术摘除血管瘤,并对其残体及基底部行微波热凝。结果17例患者手术均一次成功,未见肿瘤组织残留,术后随访6个月~2年未见肿瘤复发,未出现严重并发症。结论手术结合微波治疗鼻腔血管瘤是治疗该病较好的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of surgery combined with microwave in the treatment of nasal hemangiomas. Methods Seventeen patients with nasal hemangiomas underwent surgical removal of hemangiomas and microwave coagulation of their remnant and basal ganglia. Results All the 17 patients were successfully operated without any tumor residue. No recurrence of tumor occurred within 6 months to 2 years after operation. No serious complications occurred. Conclusion Surgery combined with microwave treatment of nasal hemangiomas is a better method of treatment of the disease, it is worth clinical application.
