在以旋转配压阀作为主配压阀的水轮机调速器中,建立了低压系统和中压系统两种情况下的阀控缸动力元件的数学模型,绘制了幅相频率特性曲线。分析表明:在保证系统最大功率不变的前提下,升高系统压力后,重新设计的阀控缸系统与低压下的系统有相近的动态特性,这使减小整个调速器的体积成为可能。
In the turbine governor with the rotary pressure distribution valve as the main pressure regulating valve, the mathematical model of the valve control cylinder dynamic components in both the low pressure system and the medium pressure system is established, and the amplitude and frequency characteristics curve is plotted. The analysis shows that, after the system pressure is increased, the redesigned valve-controlled cylinder system has similar dynamic characteristics with the system under low pressure, which makes it possible to reduce the size of the entire governor while ensuring the maximum system power remains constant .
