社会发展的机遇期,往往是各种矛盾的凸显期。当前,一些村上访成风,告状成群,有些矛盾还相当尖锐。然而,黑龙江省七台河市的双利、立新、鹿山、前山等村却连续二十几年无上访。难道这几个村是世外桃源?带着这个疑问,我们进行了调查走访。发现他们不是没有矛盾,而是找到了开启新?
The period of social development is often the highlight period of various contradictions. At present, some village petitions into the wind, complained of flocks, some contradictions are still quite sharp. However, Shuangli, Lixin, Lushan and Qianshan villages in Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province, have not petitioned for more than 20 consecutive years. Are these few villages is a paradise?
