“三严三实”体现党员干部为官做人的处事准则和政治品格,涉及世界观、人生观、价值观、事业观、群众观等核心问题。党中央决定在县处级以上的党员干部中开展“三严三实”专题教育,就是要对照“严以修身、严以用权、严以律己,谋事要实、创业要实、做人要实”的要求,引导党员干部加强思想作风建设,贯彻落实党要管党、从严治党的根本要求。
