我科自1985年6月至1990年10月对4例外伤性后尿道完全断裂患者作了耻骨后急症尿道吻合术,手术方法简便,术后排尿通畅,效果满意,报道如下。临床资料 本组患者均系男性,年龄18～58岁,平均36岁。受伤到手术时间,最长20小时,最短3小时,平均11小时;手术历时最长2小时30分,最短1小时40分。后尿道断裂均由骨盆骨折引起,其中合并膀胱及小肠破裂各1例。术后平均随诊时间2年,排尿均通畅。
Our department from June 1985 to October 1990 on 4 cases of traumatic posterior urethral stricture in patients with urethral anastomosis after emergency, the method of operation is simple, postoperative urinary patency, the effect is satisfactory, the report is as follows. Clinical data of this group of patients were male, aged 18 to 58 years, mean 36 years. Injured to the operation time, up to 20 hours, the shortest 3 hours, an average of 11 hours; surgery lasted up to 2 hours and 30 minutes, the shortest 1 hour and 40 minutes. Posterior urethral fracture caused by pelvic fractures, including the merger of the bladder and small intestine rupture in 1 case. Postoperative average follow-up time of 2 years, voiding are smooth.
